You can find the Collections Referral File function under the Outbound tab. Use this function to create an extract file of borrowers who have loans assigned to an outside collection agency. You can create a new Collections Referral File for each external agency used by your school at anytime, or you may choose to append a file that already exists for that agency.
The extract file is an ASCII file that includes borrower and loan data. One record is written for each loan. To see the file format, click on this link: Collections Referral File Format.
To create a Collections Referral File, enter the following information and click on the Create File button. Clicking on the Reset button will restore the data entry form to its initial (blank) state. Any data that was entered in the form will be erased from the display.
