The following table provides information regarding how the various data elements of the Due Diligence Mail Job Information screen are used in the Due Diligence process.

Invoice Date |
This date appears on the Due Diligence letter that is sent to the borrower. |
Payoff Date |
This date is used to compute the Payoff Amount that appears on the Due Diligence letter. It is also used as the "If Received By" date for when the payoff amount must be provided. |
Forecast Only ? |
If this value is set to "Yes" and the job is run, the system will return only a count of the number of borrowers in each of the 3 Loan Age categories. If the value is set to "No" and the job is run, the system will produce the Due Diligence Mail and create an entry that is accessible via the Due Diligence Mail function. |
Loans Age 1 Boilerplate |
The boilerplate text/letter that will be included in the Due Diligence letter for all borrowers in the Loan Age 1 ( less than 30 days late) category. |
Loans Age 1 Print ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", the Due Diligence job will include all borrowers in this loan age category. If set to "No", any borrowers/loans in this age category will be excluded. |
Loans Age 2 Boilerplate |
The boilerplate text/letter that will be included in the Due Diligence letter for all borrowers in the Loan Age 2 ( 30 - 60 days late) category. |
Loans Age 2 Print ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", the Due Diligence job will include all borrowers in this loan age category. If set to "No", any borrowers/loans in this age category will be excluded. |
Loans Age 3 Boilerplate |
The boilerplate text/letter that will be included in the Due Diligence letter for all borrowers in the Loan Age 3 ( 60 or more days late) category. |
Loans Age 3 Print ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", the Due Diligence job will include all borrowers in this loan age category. If set to "No", any borrowers/loans in this age category will be excluded. |
Include Statement Section ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", a section is included in the Due Diligence letter that reflects their current billing data. This is the same information (different format) that appears on the borrower billing statement. If set to "No", the billing statement is not included. |
Borrower Sort Order |
This value specifies how the borrowers are sorted within the Due Diligence Mail data "file". The data is sorted by this value, regardless of Loan Age group. |
Write Mail History Line ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", a Mail history entry is written to the database reflecting the Due Diligence Mail action. |
Honor Bill Holds ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", and existing Bill Holds are honored. |
Run Date |
This is the date the Due Diligence Mail job should be run on. A nightly batch process will initiate a scheduled Due Diligence Mail job the night of the specified Run Date. |
Run Again Next Month ? |
If this value is set to "Yes", another Due Diligence Mail Job with these same parameters will be automatically created and scheduled by the CLM system to be run on the same day next month. By using this flag, it is possible to create and schedule just one Due Diligence Mail job, and have it essentially be re-run each month. |
Job Status |
Indicates the processing status of this job, which can be "New Job", "Ready To Run" or "Completed on mm/dd/yyyy". Jobs that have not been run yet have a status of "Ready To Run". Once a job has been processed, the status is changed to "Completed on mm/dd/yyyy" . Completed jobs cannot be updated, deleted, or re-run. |
