Letter Type General Information

The following table provides information regarding how the various data elements of the Letters record are used within the CLM system.

Letter Type

Information value.

Form Letter ID

Identification/informational value.

Review Days

For use in Collections.

Letter Charge

For use in Collections. Can be used to Identify a cost that may be charged back to the borrower.

Description

Identification/informational value. This value is displayed in the Mail Type selection box that is used in the Borrower Services Create Mail function.

Letter Body

This is the generic text that will be displayed in the body of the letter. When Mail is printed for a borrower this text will be combined as needed with borrower data to produce the actual letter.

Display-Only Fields

 

Created Date

This is the date the letter was added to the system.

Created By

This is the CLM user ID of the person/process who created the letter.

Revised Date

This is the date the letter was last revised or updated.

Revised By

This is the CLM user ID of the person/process who last revised or updated the letter.
