This function is accessed by selecting the Rehabilitations function from the drop-down box that appears in the Navigation Bar. When the Rehabilitations function is selected, the screen is updated as follows:
Rehabilitations allows the user to process a job that will determine the status of each borrower currently in Rehabilitation. A borrower must make 12 on-time monthly payments in order to be deemed successfully completed.
The Rehabilitations window provides for three options: Forecast, Turbo and Rapid Fire.
Forecast
Forecast displays the number of loans in Rehabilitation and the criteria they will meet if the job is run :
Turbo will automatically run the job for all loans in Rehabilitation and create the appropriate records:
Rapid Fire
Rapid Fire allows the user to run the Rehabilitation job on an individual basis. Only those borrowers loans selected will be evaluated for Rehabilitation:
Rehabilitations Report
After processing Rehabilitations the user may click on the Print icon to print the Rehabilitations Report:
