Summary By Status Report

This report is produced when Summary By Status is selected from the Reports drop-down list. The report is a summary listing, grouped by Loan Name and Loan Status, of the loans' various principal and interest amounts. The report detail lines are grouped/sorted by:

• Loan Name

• Loan Status

Summary loan totals and report totals are also provided.

Note: This report is setup to print in "Landscape" mode. When printing from the Internet Explorer browser, the report will be printed correctly without user intervention. When printing from the Netscape browser, the user needs to configure the printer in order for the report to be printed in landscape mode. Report Composition

The data elements which comprise the Summary By Status report are described in the following table:

Column Name	Description
Loan Name Line
Loan Name	The name of the loan category represented.
Loan Status Totals Lines
Loan Status	The loan status description. See Loan Status Codes for more information.
Principal Paid Total	The total principal paid amount for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Principal Cancelled Total	The total principal amount cancelled for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Principal Defaulted Total	The total principal amount defaulted for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Principal Balance Total	The total principal balance amount for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Interest Paid Total	The total interest paid amount for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Interest Cancelled Total	The total interest amount cancelled for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Interest Defaulted Total	The total interest amount defaulted for all of the loans having this Loan Status, for this Loan Name.
Loan Totals Line
Loan Name	The name of the loan category represented.
Principal Paid	The total principal paid amount of all loans of this Loan Name.
Principal Cancelled	The total principal cancelled amount of all loans of this Loan Name.
Principal Defaulted	The total principal defaulted amount of all loans of this Loan Name.
Principal Balance	The total principal balance of all loans of this Loan Name.
Interest Paid	The total interest paid amount of all loans of this Loan Name.
Interest Cancelled	The total interest cancelled amount of all loans of this Loan Name.
Interest Defaulted	The total interest defaulted amount of all loans of this Loan Name.
Grand Totals Line
Principal Amount	The total principal amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Principal Paid	The total principal paid amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Principal Cancelled	The total principal cancelled amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Principal Defaulted	The total principal defaulted amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Principal Balance	The total principal balance amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Interest Paid	The total interest paid amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Interest Cancelled	The total interest cancelled amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.
Interest Defaulted	The total interest defaulted amount of all loans for all Campus Codes associated with the school.

Record Selection Criteria

This report retrieves all Loan data (and associated Customer information) from the CLM database that meets the following conditions:

• The loan is not deleted

• The loan does not have a status of "Z" (closed)

A separate report detail line is created for each loan status and loan name that is retrieved from the database.
