When a collection queue is initially viewed, all loans currently in the queue are listed by default. This is shown in the following example:
By using a Queue Filter, it is possible to look at just a subset of these loans. For example, assume the following filter has been set up for the queue shown above:
To view the queue contents using this filter, select the Filter On radio button. When the button is selected, the Collection Queue Contents window is refreshed to show the affect of the filter:
As can be seen in the above example, only loans that have a balance greater than five hundred dollars are now displayed.
The queue filter can be modified by clicking on the Queue Filter button. After modifying the filter properties, return to the View window and employ the filter by clicking the Filter On radio button.
