Due Diligence Mail

Once a Due Diligence Mail Job has been run (see Due Diligence Mail Setup for additional information), the output can be reviewed, certain letter parameters modified, and/or the Due Diligence Mail printed.

This function is accessed by selecting the Due Diligence Mail function from the drop-down box that appears in the Navigation Bar. When the Due Diligence Mail function is selected, the Outbound Processing screen is updated as follows:

The user can also review and print the Due Diligence Mail that was produced by clicking on the printer icon.

 If the database contains job information for more than the current calendar year, the other years will be indicated by selectable links on the "Years Available" line (see the red-circled area in the following examples).

If there are no completed Due Diligence jobs in the CLM system, the Outbound Processing screen is updated as follows:
