This report will produce a list of details from Administration/General Ledger Maintenance. Display order is by Campus and Account fund.

Ledger Account Number |
CRC-defined (and non-editable) ledger number. |

User-defined Description of this ledger account. |

Campus Account Number |
Campus-supplied value, used in conjunction with Object Code. The amounts that are in the associated CRC Ledger Account will be recorded to this campus Object Code and Campus Account Number. |

Object Code |
Campus-supplied value, used in conjunction with Campus Account Number. The amounts that are in the associated CRC Ledger Account will be recorded to this campus Object Code and Campus Account Number. |

Fisap Line # |
Represents the line number where the dollars and counts for this GL are to be reported on the annual US Dept of Educ Fiscal Operations Report. |

Archive Flag |
Indicates the current status of the General Ledger. N (No) – GL is active Y (Yes) – GL is deleted and no longer available for use. |
