The following table provides information regarding the various data elements of the Loan Maintenance - Financial Information screen.
The Payment Plan information that appears on the Loan Maintenance - Financial Information screen was initially established when the loan was originated. The Note Type record used during the origination process was the source of this data. The Payment Plan information for a loan is normally updated by CLM users through the Borrower Services/Loan/Payment Plan function.
The Balance Details information that appears on the Loan Maintenance - Financial Information screen is the result of payments that have been posted to the loan, and/or benefits which may have been applied to the loan. The initial Principal Amount and Balance values are set as the result of the loan origination process, and the application of subsequent disbursements (if any).

Payment Method |
The current payment method for the loan. This value is maintained via the Borrower Services/Loans/Payment Method function. |
ACH ID |
An internal CLM identifier for the ACH account used to pay the loan (if any). This value is maintained via the Borrower Services/Loans/Payment Method function. |
Credit Card ID |
An internal CLM identifier for the Credit Card account used to pay the loan (if any). This value is maintained via the Borrower Services/Loans/Payment Method function. |
Due Date |
Scheduled payment due date for this loan. Set as part of the payment application process. |
Late After Date |
This date is calculated by adding number of days in the "Days Installment Due Within" on the System Configuration/Payment Parameters window. The number of days in this field added to the due date of the payment equals the Late After Date. |
Last Paid Date |
The date indicates the last time a payment was applied to this loan. Set during the payment application process. |
Archive Flag |
If the loan has been marked for deletion, the value is equal to "Y"; otherwise the value is "N". |
