Administration Functions Overview

Description

This function process will copy all a single existing Loan/ReceivableDefinitions to a brand-new Loan/ReceivableDefinitions.

Note: Be careful using this feature, as no Undo exists.

Replicate Loan/ReceivableDefinitions

Choose the Loan/ReceivableDefinitions to copy in the drop-down box by highlighting the Loan/Receivable name and sub name.  Enter the new Loan/ReceivableDefinitions Loan/Receivable name, sub name, FAO name and Display name and then click on the SAVE icon in the function bar (see Loan/ReceivableDefinitions Replicate Screen Sample).

  

When the GLTable rules are successfully replicated from one Loan/ReceivableDefinitions to another, a popup window confirms the transfer. Click on the OK button.
