Collections Status
This function displays a quick overview of the collection status of the Customer's Loan/Receivables (see sample below). Loan/Receivables that are in Collections are indicated by entries that have a value present in the Collection Queue column.
If there is a value present in the Locked By column, the associated Loan/Receivables are presently being worked by the Collector with that name.
Collection details pertaining to the displayed Loan/Receivables can also be accessed via the Administration/Collection Queue Maintenance function. See Collection Queue Maintenance for additional information.
