Apply Clearinghouse Records
List
This function lists the Clearinghouse Record files that have been loaded from the Import Clearinghouse Records function. The Apply Clearinghouse function allows a user to:
· View Clearinghouse Records Batch File
· Edit Parameters to an existing Clearinghouse Records Batch File
· Add a New Clearinghouse Records Batch
· Forecast Clearinghouse Records Files
· Apply Clearinghouse Records Files
To view the Clearinghouse Records, click on the file name and a file report is run that that displays the records from the batch. This allows a user to view the Records and determine whether some of the parameters should be changed. If the user wants to change any of the parameters, the user performs the Edit Parameters process.
To Edit Parameters of the Clearinghouse records Batch File, click on the magnifying glass icon and a new window opens. See Edit Clearinghouse Batch Parameters for details.
To Add a new Clearinghouse Batch, the user performs the Import Clearinghouse Records function.
To forecast a Clearinghouse Batch file, click on the Forecast icon (looks like a printer) for the batch file in the screen. After the user clicks on the Forecast icon, a popup window is displayed (see below). Once complete the Forecast Report is displayed. Note: The process may take a number of minutes.
To process a Clearinghouse Batch file, click on the Apply icon in the screen. The adding of the Clearinghouse Records process begins and a popup window is displayed (see below). Once complete the Apply Report is displayed. Note: The process may take a number of minutes.
To delete one of the Clearinghouse Records Batch files, click on the Delete icon. Clicking the Delete icon will trigger the display of a pop-up dialog box that requests the user to confirm the Delete action. For example:
Click on the OK button to acknowledge the Delete action. The selected file will be deleted, and the pop-up window will be closed. The Apply Clearinghouse Records File List will be updated to reflect the deletion.
