Description

This screen is displayed when clicking on the Keyboard button in the Collection Fee Assessment screen. The Keyboard processing mode allows the user to assess the collection fee on an individual basis. Only those Customers selected will be charged the collection fee.

Data Entry

Field	Purpose/Usage
Selection Box	Click on the box to the left of Customer ID to select all Customers or click on the box next to each Customer.
Select Processing Mode	Click on the Charge Selected Customers to apply the Collection Fee. Click on the Skip Customers to not apply the process.
