Accounting Feed Definitions
This function is displayed after performing Accounting Feed Definitions. The Accounting Feed Definitions function enables the user to Add, Edit, or Delete General Ledger Table Records depending on their security profile. To Add a General Ledger Table Record, follow the Data Entry (see Accounting Feed Definitions Add Screen Sample). To Edit a General Ledger Table Record, follow the Data Entry (see Accounting Feed Definitions Edit-Delete Screen Sample). To Delete a General Ledger Record, follow the Delete Guidelines.

Select the applicable campus from drop-down list. |

*Loan/Receivable Name |
Enter the applicable Loan/Receivable Name exactly as it appears on the note maintenance. |

Loan/Receivable Sub Name |
Enter the applicable SubName exactly as it appears on the note maintenance. |

*Ledger Account Number |
Select the CRC Ledger account from the drop-down list. If desired ledger does not exist, it must be added to the Coded Data Value Maintenance table. |

Enter desired description |

*Object Code |
Enter any reference value here if the field is not utilized by the finance system |

*Campus Account Number |
Enter the Institution’s finance code. |

FISAP Line # |
Select the appropriate line number for reporting this ledger on the FISAP (Federal Funds ONLY) |
